1. Staff friendly and helpful. 2. Hotel had a lift but it was single functional lift. 3. Room had nice balcony, decent size, air-conditioning was effective, decent storage space and good noise insulation. 4. Hotel offerred airport pick-up & drop services at 100,000 KIP one way. 5. Walking distance to night market.

To be honest of my asia trip this is the best hotel i stayed…and this includes me being in hotel across europe as well…they very friendly and they will literally help you with everything…no pressure at all…decent breakfast…i ate some proper meals with them..and drank the famous beer lao….i ended up staying here for 10 days…never bothered me of going anywhere else coz of the hospitality they provided…the manager was awesome Kitaoung,Kaysone kun gham was so good and the other staff by the name of Good…i hope the management takes good care of them..honestly of the hotels i have been they can speak and understand english…and that not about it the service was so so good…

Lovely stay. Have previously stayed at Vientiane luxury hotel at Changi and this was stay was even more enjoyable. All the conveniences I expect from a Vientiane Luxury Hotel , right in the middle of town, easily accessible, great showers, lovely rooms and overall service was excellent.

The interior of the hotel is a bit outdated but my room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff and very good location.
